Netherlands has been in cricket for a long time so it is natural that they have more experience. On the other hand, UAE has only just joined cricket so that they will be behind. Although there are some countries in cricket who have been able to improve quickly. But there is no way to say that the same situation will happen in all countries. The Indian team is batting first and the way they are playing it seems that they may end up scoring near 300 runs.
