But I want to clear one thing here, when New Zealand batted in the first innings the average ball turn on the wicket was less than two degrees but after 20 overs of the second innings the average ball turn was more than three degrees. That is, think if there were some more runs on the scoreboard, but it would have been very difficult for the batsmen of any team to score runs on this wicket. 

Rohit Sharma's innings of 70 plus runs created a big margin for India's victory in this match. 
In the beginning, if Rohit Sharma had played defense instead of batting in T20 style, the result of this match might have gone in favor of New Zealand.

India team was unbeaten in entire series and New Zealand also performed very well in series and semi final game they played excellent and beated South Africa and qualify for Final game but unfortunately they did not succeed to win the game and did not beat India team. New Zealand team set 251 runs target in 50 overs by 7 wickets. Daryl played very well and he made 63 runs in 101 balls and hitted three 4s. Micheal  scored 53 runs in 40 and hitting three 4s and two 6s. New Zealand tried very hard to stop India batsman and India team won game by 4 wickets and 6 balls. Congratulations India team to win the final game.

New Zealand basically has nothing to do here, especially since New Zealand did not have quality spinners, only one quality spinner, Captain Santner, and the rest of the spinners were not very quality. Moreover, they know very well that the pitch at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium will be completely spin-friendly, so they bowled spin for 38 overs out of 50 overs. The entire match was dominated by the spinners, due to which New Zealand could not score runs under pressure, so the target of 251 runs was not too difficult for a team like India at the moment.

Well it's 12th match of cricket world cup league 2 where dutch I mean Netherlands as expected dominate the clash against namabian team. Mostly namabian were identified as a weaker side, due to lack of experience and talented player. but from recent few tournament they done some ordinary things and raised thier position. But as soon as thier vital player got retired thier performance graph progress declined significantly. While compared to them Netherlands were much decent side in every field like we have seen how south African struggle against them in several vital matches. Anyway from scoredboard Netherlands start were decent, but then middle order collapse later lower middle order recovered things and thus the remaining things filled by bowling department which results in thier victory.

The poor performance of the Netherlands in this match also led to a win status which could also be good luck for the Netherlands.  Their batsmen score only 159 runs which is not a strong run as Namibia was also a good team but they lost the match due to pressure and not playing well.  Namibia should have play this match slowly as they had enough overs to reach the target but they could not improve on their hard work and good perform which led the Netherlands to take full advantage and win the match.  The Netherlands bowlers have work the hardest and perform well as their bowlers have put in the most pressure and efforts to stop runs and take wickets.  Their bowler has dismissed the entire team in 30 overs as if he hadn't they could have lost the match in the next few overs as Namibia were close to the target.

Today in this competition ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2, another interesting and thrilling match was finished which was completed among Canadian squad and Namibia squad. Because of rain interruption, Overs were reduced 39 overs and Canada squad was started the first with batting Inning and they managed to collect 167 scores after playing 39 overs and lost 8 batter wickets. Looking their scores and performance Canada showcased shit performance and 169 scores were quite to achieve but today they were saved because of amazing performance of bowlers. Canada squad was tied this match and Namibia achieved 167 scores off 39 overs. However, Namibia squad was unable to defeat Canada squad in Super Over and faced defeat. In Super Over Namibia batters displayed bad strength and just collected 3 scores and Pargat Singh finished match with boundary and emerged victory.

The match was well contested as per the low scoring match. Congratulations to the Indian team for their great win. They performed brilliantly in the match. Although it was a bit difficult to predict who would win for sure at the beginning of the match, India won according to the prediction. New Zealand has also improved a lot in cricket. They have performed well in the previous matches except this match. They also deserve praise. Where teams like Australia and England have failed, such a performance of the New Zealand team is really worthy of praise. Mitchell Santner was able to take two wickets with his good bowling. Who is doing well consistently. On the other hand, KL Rahul performed well in the Indian team when needed. Overall, the ICC Champions Trophy, 2025 was completed successfully.

If Santer wanted a pacer from one end, then he could have asked Kyle Jamieson to bowl. He was under-utilized and returned figures of 5-0-24-1.

I was expecting Indians to bottle the match up tbh, but KL looked surprisingly calm and composed as if he was really confident that they are sure to cross the line, and I liked seeing the confidence.

Didn't watch a single ball yesterday and only got the confirmation of India winning by fireworks. Thanks to Hotstar, nowadays they have started providing full matches in replays so will catch up with all the drama/ ifs and buts...  

Big thumbs up to Chakarvorty and our middle order (Axar, Iyer, KL and Pandya). Middle order stepped up beautifully in this event.

But the New Zealand bowlers put in a great effort and took the game to 49 overs. I think the New Zealand batsmen should have done better. If the New Zealand batsmen could have added some runs to the score, the match would have been much more competitive. But India won with 1 over to spare. Both Indian batsmen and bowlers did well, resulting in India winning. India performed brilliantly from the start and maintained consistency till the end. India deserves congratulations.

Rohit Sharma tried to play aggressively in the opening because New Zealand could not set big target. What he thinks is that if he can score some more runs for the team, then the match will come under their control easily and that is what happened later. Moreover, if they can use the power play properly, then they will be able to reach the set target quickly. That is why Rohit played aggressively from the beginning. If the target in the match was 350 or more, then his style of play would definitely have changed.

I think if New Zealand had won the toss and elected to field, the result of the match could have changed. But New Zealand did not have that courage. They know that if India sets a big score, it will be difficult for them to clear that target, which is why they decided to bat first. But New Zealand feels comfortable batting first. We saw this in the last semi-final match too, when they won the toss and elected to bat against South Africa.
