Problem in transection

I'm trying to spend a small amount of bitcoin on a website (not relevant) and I send over 0.108BTC with a fee of 0.00009 BTC ( 50 sat/byte ) and it's been almost 72 hours, and it still hasn't confirmed. The website stated it saw my payment, and will convert my BTC into balance once the BTC gets confirmed, and it's stressing me out because I'm afraid my BTC was lost somehow... I'm generally new to BTC so any help is appreciated.
I am trying to change fee or cancel the transaction but it is impossible.
Please do me a favor and let me know how to proceed to this issue.

Well, the website might be relevant here. Can you see that the transaction has not been confirmed yourself using either Electrum or by checking the TXID from a blockexplorer? Or it's the website that's showing you that?

It would help if you could post the address you sent the funds to, or the transaction hash.

By any chance can you post the transaction ID? With that 50 sat/byte it was supposed to get the next block.

Mempool is currently showing a nominal fee of under 11sats per vB.  A transaction with 50sat/vB should have confirmed long ago.  Electrum's History tab should show the status of your transaction.  For transactions that have no confirmation it'll show an icon that looks like a pair of computers networked together, for a transaction with one to five confirmations it'll show an icon that looks like a clockface.  For a transaction with 6 or more confirmations it'll show a green checkmark.  What does your history tab show?

Yes, even in the past few days recommended fees, miners should still accept it regardless how huge the transaction size of OP's transaction. Maybe it's the website is the problem, so mentioning it will help.

It must be confirmed hours ago because in last 24 hours, there are times you can have confirmation for your transaction with only 3 or 4 sat/byte.

They see your transaction and they can label it as Pending, if your transaction was not confirmed.
They can label it is Success, if your transaction was confirmed, that I believe it was.

Convert is confusing. They don't have to convert anything, and they only have to credit your deposit to your account when a deposit transaction already get 1 or 3 confirmations. Depends on their Deposit terms, they will credit it to your account after 1 or 3 confirmations.

You can lose your bitcoin, if you use a scam exchange. Deposit bitcoin there will be a loss, good luck that you use a legit exchange website, not a fake one.

I misread this before I posted the first time.  Can you confirm that the fee is 50 sats per Byte, not 50 sats per vByte?  If it's 50 sats per Byte, that is indeed a normal fee, but it must have a few inputs to total 9,000 sats.

Post the transaction id. You can find in electrum by going to the history tab and double clicking on the transaction in question. Then copy the large hexadecimal number up top in the window that appears. Paste that here so that we can look up the transaction on a block explorer.

It would be much easier for us to identify your problem if you just post your transaction ID so we can take a look.  There could be a number of reasons why your transaction might be stuck, but if everything is as you stated, it should already be confirmed on the blockchain.

Do you mean your transaction has 445 confirmations?
I assume this is what you mean since you said you broadcast the transaction ~72 hours ago and 445 confirmations practically take ~75 hours.
You can check if your transaction has been confirmed by looking it up on any blockexplorer.

The website saying they saw your transaction while it’s still pending confirmation means you send the coins to the correct address. In this case, you should contact them as they are the only ones who can help you right now.

That information is actually crucial to know why it's not credited.
If you can't tell the link or name of that website, at least tell if it's an exchange, wallet, store, bitcoin doubler or bitcoin generator.

Note that some centralized services may ask for documents if deposited with similar amounts to yours.
Check your email or notifications for possible blocked deposit.

You are not clear. You will see x numbers as confirmation only when there is a confirmation. As many already suggest or guessing, the issue is from the service you sent the coins. Try to check with them.

The last thing you can do is to post the transaction hash here so that we can see what is exactly going on.
