Do not make a mistake to want to root your device for you to have access to your wallet file. There is no way you can have access to your wallet file if the device is not rooted before this issue. If you root your device, your files on the device ROM will be deleted.
There's an alternative to do that extracting any data isn't easy but there are some tools can able to extract them without rooting the phone. Because all data is saved on eMMC, you will need a special tool called JTAG to directly connect (resolder) to the eMMC and copy all data from it.
However, the majority of people who own this tool are phone technicians, so he may need to hire someone trustworthy just to copy all data via JTAG.
