2025-03-15 18:04:06 [INFO_] kill all hashboard

That's all there is in the history log.
As you can see, the chip check on the hashboards succeeds, but then the "kill all hashboard" entry appears. At first the miner starts hashing, but then, apparently after this "kill all hashboard" entry, the hashrate, uptime, etc. fields just go blank. And no errors are displayed.

And as i said before im using ViaBTC, not Braiins. So its definitely not the pool problem.

I notice something in your logs I'm not sure but would you mind to check the logs from working s21+(you said you have 2 out of 20) just to confirm how many asic chips detected from working one compared to this unit?
I couldn't find any information for s21+ hashboard usually 76 or 126 asic chips per hashboard is what I heard for s21 series.

Once you confirm the ASIC chip number from working one and it's different from this unit there's a possibility that one or all of these hashboard is broken.

To troubleshoot try running it first with modded/custom firmware like philipma1957 suggested. You could use Braiins or Awesomeminer for testing purposes.

If the issue still the same I suggest try to test all hashboard one by one then update here.

I am facing the same issue. Has anyone been able to solve this problem? The point is that I'm already using ViaBTC.
And 2 out of 20 machines are not working properly. Maybe it's the firmware issue? But it's the same on every machine: Thu Jan 23 13:46:29 CST 2025.
The problem is the same as in the topic. After starting the miner, the hashrate and uptime fields are just empty. And in the log there is a 'kill all hashboard' entry, followed by nothing. Cry

I had the same issue. I tried different pools and a firmware update. After the latter I noticed the one of boards was heating a bit more and started losing hashrate earlier than others.
The seller suggested to send it to a service center.
But then I decided to check hashboards (like it is suggested in the paper instruction manual). And I found the problem.
One of hashboards fell out of the bottom channel and got stuck completely in a wrong position during delivery.

Here's how it looked like:

I detached all other parts (including all main fans) from the main aluminium body. Used a blowdryer to warm up the body a bit and pushed the hashboard with both hands on the radiator closer to the bottom channel. Little by little it returned to the bottom channel.
After I assembled it back it has been working like a charm.

I encountered the same thing today. Same middle hashboard slammed inside, stuck. But it is still defective. Retightened the screws of the heatsink etc. its a RMA for me. We encountered over 10% faulty S21+ in our batches. Mostly defective hashboards.
