That's all there is in the history log.
As you can see, the chip check on the hashboards succeeds, but then the "kill all hashboard" entry appears. At first the miner starts hashing, but then, apparently after this "kill all hashboard" entry, the hashrate, uptime, etc. fields just go blank. And no errors are displayed.
And as i said before im using ViaBTC, not Braiins. So its definitely not the pool problem.
I notice something in your logs I'm not sure but would you mind to check the logs from working s21+(you said you have 2 out of 20) just to confirm how many asic chips detected from working one compared to this unit?
I couldn't find any information for s21+ hashboard usually 76 or 126 asic chips per hashboard is what I heard for s21 series.
Once you confirm the ASIC chip number from working one and it's different from this unit there's a possibility that one or all of these hashboard is broken.
To troubleshoot try running it first with modded/custom firmware like philipma1957 suggested. You could use Braiins or Awesomeminer for testing purposes.
If the issue still the same I suggest try to test all hashboard one by one then update here.
