Here I explain my problem I opened an electrum wallet two years ago and I had bitcoin on it and I left it without paying too much attention and yesterday I found a backup on my computer so I remembered the password I access the account with the private key etc except that the problem is with Google authenticator and in the meantime I changed my phone so I no longer have the QR code recorded of course good to complicate my problem I can't get my hands on the seed phrase or if not I think a word or two, I'm really jaded how can I do is someone caller to help me recover the funds, if necessary I provide my identity CI, selfie etc to prove that it's me but I'm really disgusted

Voilà je vous explique mon problème j’ai ouvert un wallet électrum y’a deux ans et j’avais du bitcoin dessus et j’ai laisser sans trop y prêter attention et hier j’ai retrouver une sauvegarde dans mon ordi donc je me suis souvenue du mot de passe j’accède au compte avec les clé privée etc sauf que le problème il est avec Google authentificator et entre temps  j’ai changer de téléphone donc j’ai plus le qr code enregistré bien évidemment bon compliquer mon problème je remet plus la main sur la seed phrase ou si ce n’est je pense un mot ou deux , je suis vraiment blasée comment je peux faire est ce que quelqu’un est caller pour m’aider à récupérer les fond , si il y’a besoin je fournis mon identité CI , selfie etc pour prouver que c’est bien moi mais je suis vraiment dégoûter
