Except for founders like Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates, they do not have college degrees but they are people who have studied at the most prestigious schools in the world. Meanwhile, most of the remaining CEOs of large corporations have high education and degrees.

There are potential employees that are from good schools but someone else from an unknown school is better at what they do.

Well... I thought that singing to babies was a common practice which is usually done by parents, specially when the baby is getting sleepy at night. I still remember my mother used to sing to me some song repeatly when I was around three years old and they also liked to play some classic music in my room, not only the typical children's albums.

Though, I am afraid perhaps parents of these times do not recognize who important is to keep a close link to their children and instead singing to them, they limit themselves to give them access to a smartphone and the internet, so they can get a rest from taking care of them. They never know the consequences of allowing a child to be raised by the internet instead of being raised by a real parent.
